The TGIF lift stands for Total Global Eye and Face lift. It is a revolutionary technique using combination lasers to produce skin rejuvenation, tightening and lifting throughout the face, from the forehead and eyebrows, to the eyelids and undereye area, as well as to the cheek and jawline area.
It is an extension of the well-known Fotona 4D technique to cover the upper eyelid, forehead area as well as scalp area. This produces a tightening and lifting “Vector lift” effect that lifts the eyebrows and droopy upper eyelids, in addition to the lifting and tightening effects of the Fotona4D on the cheeks, jowls, jawline and neck regions.
As well all know, facial aging does not occur in isolated areas of the face, and is usually a global process affecting many facial areas at the same time. The TGIF lift utilises the unique Fotona SMOOTH® Mode setting in the upper eyelid, forehead and scalp area to produce a tightening and traction effect that effectively lifts the eyebrow and upper eyelid. This is in addition to the Fotona 4D which lifts, tightens and rejuvenates the cheeks, jawline and reduces laugh lines and marionette lines.

The treatment is extremely well tolerated with topical numbing applied to the treatment area.
Results are usually visible after the first session. However, repeated and regular treatments are necessary to produce more optimal and long-lasting results. The process of collagen production in the skin takes 3 months and hence more evident and long-lasting results usually are observed after the 3rd month.
